Due to building works in the area over many years, further up the hill from the school, during and after heavy rain surface water caused flooding on the outer field where we had erected the polytunnel and planned in due course to install a bike track. Land drains were installed early in 2009 which have solved this problem. Work was completed in early 2009 costing over £3,000.  The sponsors for this project were Sheffield Town Trust, Westfield Health and St.James Place, to which we extend our gratitude.
